The 2025 Annual Action Plan will serve as a roadmap for addressing our city's community development, housing, and assistance needs with the federal dollars that we receive from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. The plan will specify the activities, projects and priorities that will be focused on during the year to address identified priorities and needs. We work collaboratively to collect input from the public, City officials, and community stakeholders to establish Fort Wayne's yearly objectives.
