Village Premiere is a mixed-income neighborhood center development that will transform 20 acres in Southeast Fort Wayne into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.
Improve Imperial Swathmore Civic Neighborhood Association by replacing the deteriorated concrete street, some storm infrastructure, and adding underdrain when possible.
This project consists of reconstructing Ridgewood Drive from North Clinton Str. to Newport Ave. by removing chip/seal pavement and replacing with Asphalt.
This project consists of the reconstruction of Edsall Avenue from Pontiac Street to approximately 75’ south of the centerline of Reynolds Street in asphalt.
The Lower Huntington Road Bridge in Waynedale, which crosses the St. Marys River, will be reconstructed to enhance travel and safety for both pedestrians and motorists.
This project will consist of reconstructing the concrete street of East Cook Road from Coldwater Road to 500 feet west of Disalle Blvd.
This program is designed to rehabilitate deteriorated concrete alley pavement by replacing existing poor condition pavement, improving drainage and restoring drivability.
This project will reconstruct the concrete streets of Holton Ave. from Capital Ave. to Senate Ave. and Reed St. from Capital Ave. to McKinnie Ave.
This project will encompass Maumee between Chute St & S Anthony Blvd. Includes, sidewalk, streetlighting, and street improvements to match Maumee to the West.
The 2024 Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program is open to registered neighborhoods to apply for project funding. Grant applications are open through March 8, 2024.
Harvester Neighborhood with assistance from the Neighborhood Planning and Activation workgroup has relaunched as an association to support and benefit residents.
These bills will be voted on for final passage on April 23, 2024. Committee sessions are for discussion only.
