Lafayette Park Playground
Lafayette Park will receive new playground equipment and safety surfacing in 2026. Equipment includes climbing, sliding, balancing, and spinning elements.
The Landing Exchange
The Landing Exchange is a $20 million housing development on The Landing along the northeast corner of Harrison and Columbia streets.
Hanna Steet Trailhead
Trailhead parking area at 612 East Pettit Avenue for 45-mile-long Hanna Street Trail.
Stellhorn Road Trail
Preliminary design of the ten-foot wide asphalt trail will constructed along the north side of Stellhorn Road from Maplecrest Road in 2027.
The "Golden Spike" section of the Pufferbelly Trail
1.8 miles from Washington Center Road to the intersection of Ice Way. This is part of Poka-Bache Connector.
Poka-Bache Connector Trail
This 2.1 mi. phase will consist of a 10 ft wide asphalt trail on the E. side of Bluffton Rd from Ferguson Rd to Lower Huntington Rd. Will include a trailhead & rest area.
Northeast Trail, Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA to north of Bridlewood
Phase 1-NE Trail will be a 10-foot-wide trail connecting neighborhoods to the YMCA, St. Joe Community Park, Praise Park and businesses along St. Joe Center, Maplecrest.
Maumee Pathway Realignment: Coliseum Blvd to Pierson Ditch
Moving the Rivergreenway – Maumee Pathway farther from the river due to riverbank erosion and to avoid long-term
Lake Avenue Trail: Coliseum to Reed Road
Ten-foot-wide asphalt trail on the north side of Lake Avenue, extending the existing trail from Coliseum Boulevard to Reed Road.
Illinois Road Trail
A new trail on Illinois Road will provide access to Jefferson Pointe and connect to the Rivergreenway, Getz Road Trail, and Ardmore Avenue Trail.
Juliette Avenue: Hale Avenue to existing Rivergreenway
Moving the Rivergreenway off of Juliette Avenue where it shares the street to a separated trail along the west side of the St. Marys River.
6-Mile Creek Trail
The trail begins at Fellowship Missionary Church, intersection of Lemar Drive and Tillman Road, ands will stretch to the intersection of Seiler Road and Maplecrest Road.
