Reconstruction of the existing concrete street in the Oxford neighborhood.
McClellan Street Reconstruction
This project is a total reconstruction of McClellan Street to help with sidewalk flooding issues and general stormwater movement in flat areas.
Avalon Place Concrete Street Repairs – Phase 1
Reconstruction of selected streets in the Avalon Place Neighborhood.
Inwood Drive Concrete Street Rehab: East State Blvd to Lake Ave
Reconstruction of the concrete road, including the adjacent streets of Forest, Delaware, and Nevada, with the placement of underdrain throughout the project.
Poka-Bache Connector Trail
This 2.1 mi. phase will consist of a 10 ft wide asphalt trail on the E. side of Bluffton Rd from Ferguson Rd to Lower Huntington Rd. Will include a trailhead & rest area.
Ewing Street Bridge over the St Mary's
The City of Fort Wayne is seeking $16.2 million in BUILD funding to improve the Ewing St Bridge and surrounding roadway, creating a safer and more connected downtown.

Reconstruction of Milton Street from Hanna Street to Smith Street.
2026 Alley Improvements
This program is designed to rehabilitate deteriorated concrete alley pavement by replacing existing poor condition pavement, improving drainage and restoring drivability.

Hanna Street Trail - Wallace Street to Berry Street
This project will be a .74 mile 8-foot wide concrete trail on the east side of Hanna St from Wallace St to E Berry St.
