The McKinnie Commons project in the Rudisill-Plaza and Anthony Wayne Community Association neighborhoods was developed to support additional community gathering spaces.
The Northwest 2035 Neighborhood Plan is a ten-year shared vision for the Bloomingdale, Hamilton, Lincoln Park, Nebraska, and North Highlands Neighborhoods.
The High Street CPTED Pilot Area uses Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) to reduce crime in the Nebraska, Hamilton, and Bloomingdale Neighborhoods.
The Broad River Neighborhood, located south of downtown, will see several investments to improve safety, as outlined in the Packard 2030 Neighborhood Plan.
This program combines publicly bid projects with the City's capabilities to mill deteriorated asphalt street pavements and establish a restored driving surface.

Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department is working to reconstruct Brewer Park located in the Mount Vernon Park Neighborhood.

This project will consist of reconstructing the concrete street of East Cook Road from Coldwater Road to 500 feet west of Disalle Blvd.
The Liberty Mills Road Trail project is a 0.75-mile-long trail segment connecting the current Liberty Mills Road Trail to the Village at Coventry Plaza via Falls Drive.
Improve Imperial Swathmore Civic Neighborhood Association by replacing the deteriorated concrete street, some storm infrastructure, and adding underdrain when possible.
This project will reconstruct the concrete streets of Holton Ave. from Capital Ave. to Senate Ave. and Reed St. from Capital Ave. to McKinnie Ave.
Bob Arnold Northside Park will feature a new planned project for playground equipment, This will enhance the variety of playground activities available to children.
Boone Park, a Nebraska Neighborhood block park, a staple in the community since 1969, is getting a much-needed upgrade to the playground.
Improving the lighting & aesthetic appearance of downtown bridge underpasses. This includes underpasses at Fairfield Ave, Harrison St, & Calhoun St.
This project will encompass Maumee between Chute St & S Anthony Blvd. Includes, sidewalk, streetlighting, and street improvements to match Maumee to the West.
