This EDA is located on the West side of downtown stretching from Wayne St then north across Ewing St bridge to 2^nd St. The new tax allocation area encompasses the block bound by Wayne St. Fairfield Ave, Berry St and Ewing St. The new taxes generated will be used to reimburse City Theatre LLC for public infrastructure serving the facility and to fund other public improvements.
