Mayor Sharon Tucker and Public Works Division leaders announced $37 million in neighborhood infrastructure improvements will occur throughout the community this construction season.

12 street lighting projects in neighborhoods across Fort Wayne are a part of the infrastructure updates.

Northeast

  • Columbia Ave - St. Joseph Blvd to Crescent Ave
  • Coombs St - Wayne St to Tecumseh Bridge

Northwest

  • Burgess St - Osage St to St Mary's Ave

Southeast

  • Edsall Ave. - From Pontiac to New Haven - to be completed this spring as part of the Harvester Community Phase III Street Reconstruction project
  • Hanna St - Colerick St to Dalman Ave
  • Tecumseh St - Edgewater Ave to Tennessee Ave
  • Francis St - Lewis St to Berry St
  • Hanna St - Wallace St to Berry St
  • Lewis St - Harmar St to Anthony Blvd
  • Monroe St - Jefferson Blvd to Wayne St

Southwest

  • Belmont St - Fairfield Ave to Calhoun St
  • McClellan St - Paulding Rd to Pettit Ave

    DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES!

    The contractor will move them once pavement passes testing and can withstand vehicle weights.

    BE PREPARED TO STOP!

    Slow down and give workers extra room. Drive cautiously through the jobsite especially If workers are on site.
