Ordinance amending Chapter 32: Common Council in the Fort Wayne Code of Ordinances. This bill administratively changes the order of the Council agenda, moving public comment from the end of Regular Session into the 1st and 3rd week Committee Session. This bill allows, additionally, for some flexibility in the scheduling of the comment time, meaning the order of the Committee Session agenda could be moved and comment could be added to 2nd and 4th weeks, but only in Committee Session. Also, board appointment language has been changed to allow Council some additional flexibility on when appointments are completed.
