Ordinance approving Construction Contract – TRFP Filter Gallery Plant II – Window Replacements PH.1. This project will replace 6 aluminum windows with new operable awning windows and insulated glazing. Replacement of 2 additional windows at the stair landing and upgrade of hollow metal exit door, door frame and transom window, all including modern security and access features.

This is to limit neighborhood flooding issues for failing storm sewer. Applicant was the lowest, most responsive bidder of 4 bidders and was below the engineer’s estimate.

Ordinance approving Service Agreement – Parks 2026 Paving Improvements. Annually the Parks Department assembles projects to include pavement infrastructure maintenance improvements within the park system. The locations of the projects are determined by visually inspecting park sites and ranking findings. The 2026 projects include roads, parking lots and/or trail work at Bloomingdale, Foster, Franke, Foellinger Theatre, Johnny Appleseed and Franke parks.

This project seeks a new Downtown Plan that will build upon the policy guidance and successes of previous plans and studies to establish a community supported vison and goals for the downtown area along with actionable, implementable strategies that will guide future investment, growth and development for the next 10+ years.
13 firms submitted applications and were scored accordingly, and the top 6 firms were forwarded to the Proposal Review Committee.
