CU has received additional grant funding to offer water service replacement at no cost to the customer. CU is projecting to exceed the planned quantity by over 400 private water service replacements.

This catalog is to supplement current initiative to increase infill development and housing on surplus city-owned vacant parcels throughout traditional urban areas. Developers can choose from pre vetted designs in an effort to expedite the permitting process.

Resolution terminating designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) commonly referred to the Electric Works DORA. This ordinance officially terminated the Electric Works DORA, which is now being absorbed into the expanded boundaries of the Downtown DORA. This integration allows for a more seamless, unified approach to DORA management, enforcement and promotion across the City.
