Ordianance revising Fort Wayne smoking code to bring it in line with Indianapolis and the state. Bill creates definition for and would allow for cigar lounges, in places where 20% of all sales are derived from the sale of cigar products, including humidors. This does not allow cigar smoking in general restaurants or bars and cigarette smoking is still expressly prohibited.
