Ordinance approving Construction Contract – WPCP Renewable Natural Gas Facilities. During the Anaerobic Digestion process, biogas is produced. This system will purify the biogas to allow additional equipment to maximize this renewable energy source. Applicant was the lowest, most responsive bidder of 2 bidders.
