Applicant was the lowest, most responsive bidder of 4 bidders.

These outside consultants have been used for many years; by utilizing these firms CU is able to meet the fluctuation of high construction activity during the summer months and lower constriction demands for the rest of the year. These on-call services are billed at an hourly rate. There has been a slight increase from the 2021 rate. This current rate is for 2 years.

Board of Stormwater Management has recommended changes to this chapter specifically regarding certain pre and post construction stormwater and erosion control requirements. Requires all properties to have a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3). This can be for an individual property, or a property can be covered by a larger plan.
