Its planned use is for Right of Way, giving the City the ability to construct a roadway.

The Allen County Department of Health has identified the septic systems as failed/failing. County Commissioners provided City Utilities with ARPA money to extend sanitary sewers to this area.

Ordinance approving Construction Contract – WPCP Renewable Natural Gas Facilities. During the Anaerobic Digestion process, biogas is produced. Currently this biogas is utilized in specialized generators and boilers to provide supplement power. This system will purify the biogas to allow additional equipment to maximize this renewable energy source. Applicant was the lowest, most responsive bidder of 2 bidders.
