Project Description

The East State Village Collaborative brings together four connected neighborhoods — Beacon Woods, Forest Park, North Anthony, and Northside — on Fort Wayne's near northeast side to support improvements to the East State Village corridor. Recognized in the Historic Northeast 2035 Neighborhood Plan as a priority project, East State Village has long been an important part of the community fabric, serving neighbors and visitors for nearly a century.

This effort is part of a broader set of initiatives underway along the corridor, including rezoning efforts and a retail study, all aimed at strengthening the area’s vitality and long-term sustainability.

This page is dedicated to ensuring the community has opportunities to participate in and follow the progress of Mayor Sharon Tucker's Connected Neighborhoods Initiative. Your involvement helps ensure that improvements reflect what matters most to the neighborhood. Add your voice to help build a more walkable, vibrant, and welcoming East State Village.
