The City of Fort Wayne and SEED are working with &Access, a nationally recognized firm that specializes in retail market analysis, development strategy, and business attraction and retention.

The study includes a thorough retail gap and market analysis for South Calhoun Street (Grand Street to Rudisill), portions of Waynedale (around Lower Huntington, Bluffton, and Old Trail), and East State Boulevard (from Spy Run to Florida Dr.).

In addition, the study will look at existing economic ecosystem support funding and services for businesses; along with challenges and impediments affecting the retail in these focus areas.

The study area for East State Boulevard goes from Spy Run to Florida Avenue.

The study area for South Calhoun Street goes from Grand St. to Rudisill Boulevard.

The study area for Waynedale is Lower Huntington from Fernwood Ave to Koester Dr, Bluffton Road from Old Trail to Church Street, and Old Trail from Church Street to Waynewood Dr.
