The City of Fort Wayne is installing a public restroom known as the "Portland Loo" to address the lack of accessible public bathrooms. The single-stall, outdoor restroom is designed to be durable, ADA-accessible, and resistant to vandalism, with features such as stainless-steel walls, open grating for safety visibility, and lighting intended to discourage drug use.

The unit will be installed along Barr St. between Wayne St. and Washington Blvd.
