The newly designed entrance to Foster Park will address not only infrastructure and maintenance needs in response to the culmination of the Three Rivers Protection and Overflow Reduction Tunnel (3RPORT) but will also take into consideration recreational amenities, landscape enhancements, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and the interface of a new plan with the existing beauty of Foster Park and its historic and natural surroundings.
