The newly designed entrance to Foster Park will address not only infrastructure and maintenance needs in response to the soon-to-be-completed deep rock tunnel project but will also take into consideration recreational amenities, landscape enhancements, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and the interface of a new plan with the existing beauty of Foster Park and its historic and natural surroundings.
