Project Description
Improve the Imperial Swathmore Civic Neighborhood Association by replacing the deteriorated concrete street, replacing some storm infrastructure, and adding underdrain when possible.
Before Construction
- Removing and replacing the deteriorated concrete street
- Adding new subsurface drainage as needed
- Updating sidewalks to ADA compliant
- Adding new drainage structures and new inlet castings
- There will be multiple phases of lane closures, but always access eastbound and westbound.
- Drive slowly and cautiously through the job site, especially when the contractor is on site working.
- It will be dirty and dusty.
- Do not move barricades, the contractor will move them and open the road to traffic when it is acceptable to be driven on.
- The contractor will not water the grass seed. It will be the property owner’s responsibility to water the grass seed to ensure proper and adequate growth.

The contractor will move them once pavement passes testing and can withstand vehicle weights.

BE PREPARED TO STOP!
Slow down and give workers extra room. Drive cautiously through the jobsite especially If workers are on site.
