What does wellness look like where you live? Maybe it’s neighbors walking together at sunset, a thriving community garden, or the quiet beauty of a park bench under the trees. We want to see the places, people, and everyday moments that inspire health, connection, and joy in your neighborhood.

By entering, you’ll be part of a photo essay series that celebrates how wellness takes shape in communities across our city. Selected photos will be featured on the Department of Neighborhoods Instagram account, @fortwayneneighborhoods.

We are looking for 6-12 participants representing the spirit of Fort Wayne's neighborhoods. We will showcase the photos of the selected participants on our Instagram from Oct. 2025 thru Sept. 2026.
