The City of Fort Wayne, through its Public Art Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to work collaboratively with the SHOUT-OUT: Fort Wayne Project Manager, to create a piece of permanent artwork for the East Central Neighborhood. The selected artist will also work directly and collaboratively with neighborhood association leaders and residents to express a story, a picture of the past, a vision for the future, and showcase the people and characteristics of the East Central Neighborhood.

All Proposals must be received by 5:00 pm EST on Friday, July 25, 2025.
