Project Description

In August 2024, Mayor Sharon Tucker announced a proactive plan to invest financial resources in vital projects to enhance the quality of life for all in Fort Wayne. As part of this investment, each Fort Wayne City Council member was provided with funding to advance projects in the communities they represent.

This page is dedicated to updates on projects being constructed across the City. These include several street, sidewalk, curb, and safety enhancements, as outlined below. Many of these projects will be built or designed in 2024, with the remaining finished in 2025 in partnership with the City's Public Works Division, Right of Way Department, and the Department of Neighborhoods.
