Harvester residents are working with an international artist to develop a permanent piece of art for their neighborhood.
Project Description
In the Fall of 2023, Shout-Out: Fort Wayne began working closely with the neighborhood associations of the historic Harvester and East Central neighborhoods. Each neighborhood, through the project, completes two phases of art exhibitions: temporary (Year One) and permanent (Year Two) installations. Community activities are also created to generate interest for both phases.
In early 2025, Shout-Out: Fort Wayne began working with the Mount Vernon Park and Fairfield Terrace Belmont neighborhoods.
Local Filmmaker and Creative Director William Bryant Rozier, Shout-Out: Fort Wayne’s Project Manager, collaborates with the associations the residents of the neighborhood to create the projects.

Fairfield Terrace Belmont residents started the Shout-Out process in early 2025 and are celebrating the heroic attributes of their neighborhood.
Mount Vernon Park
Mount Vernon Park residents are celebrating music in their neighborhood and are working with a DJ for silent discos and music workshops.
